        Bag clean and off-line cleaning means stopping filtration when cleaning. This system divides the interior of the precipitator into several sealed air chambers, each of which is alternately cleaned in turn, and the air outlets on the panels of each air chamber are independently installed with a compressed air control system such as a baffle, a cylinder and a solenoid valve. Before the pulse cleaning operation of a certain air chamber, it is necessary to first close the baffle so that the air chamber is no longer filtered by the flue gas.

SXC-8B2 pulse controller instructions
1. After the controller is connected to the power supply, the digital display of the pulse controller digitally starts from the poppet valve "1". Set at the factory timing;
2. Adjust the pulse controller time parameter: Turn the third gear switch to the “select” position (the air box pulse computer controller is turned to “adjust”):
(1) The pulse controller displays the “pulse width” parameter (factory setting is 0.08 seconds), press the “plus” and “minus” buttons until the desired value is reached;
(2) Press the “Check/Select” button to display the “Interval” parameter (the factory has been set to 8 seconds, the air box pulse controller does not have this item), press the “Plus” and “Subtract” buttons until the required value is reached;
(3) Press the “Check/Select” button, the pulse controller displays the “Settling” parameter (factory has been set to 8 seconds), press the “Add” and “Subtract” buttons until the required value is reached;
(4) Press the “Check/Select” button, the pulse controller displays the “Intermittent” parameter (the factory has been set to 10 seconds), press the “Plus” and “Subtract” buttons until the required value is reached;
(5) Press the “Check/Select” button, the pulse controller displays the “Cycle” parameter (factory has been set at 0), press the “Add” or “Subtract” button until the desired value is reached;
(6) Press the “Check/Select” button, the pulse controller displays the “Number of Times” parameter (factory has been set at 0 times);

 

3. Turn the third gear switch of the pulse controller to the “Run” position, and the controller will clean the machine according to the set time parameters. The differential pressure control is required to be submitted by the user.
