SXC-X8A1 pulse controller overview:
 
       The pulse controller is an electronic controller for pulse jet cleaning to perform pulse jet cleaning. The quality of the pulse controller reflects the level of equipment of the bag filter. The pulse controller outputs one drive voltage per drive, one drive voltage duration, called pulse width (pulse width); the interval between adjacent two output drive voltages is called pulse interval (interval); controller The time required to complete the drive output for all positions of the solenoid valve is called the pulse period, and the pause time between the two pulse periods is called the cycle interval period (period). Our company relies on advanced production technology and customer-centered concept to continuously research and develop, and continuously improve on the basis of the original products, and then launched the X8A1 improved online pulse controller. The SXC-X8A1-(1-120) type adopts a hanging transparent PC case, which has beautiful appearance, good dustproof performance and convenient installation. The panel is provided with a digital display, which can sequentially display the working sequence of the electromagnetic pulse valve. According to the cleaning requirements, the pulse width, the pulse interval and the cycle interval period can be adjusted to control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, and the dust collector is regularly cleaned. At the same time, the differential contact controller input contact is connected, and after the differential pressure controller and the differential pressure transmitter are connected, the differential pressure can be cleaned. In order to facilitate the user to freely combine the number of electromagnetic pulse valves controlled, the expansion output module can be used to increase or decrease the number of controls.

The SXC-X8A1 pulse controller has the following functions:
1. The central control unit of the pulse controller adopts the latest PIC microcontroller produced by Microchip, which fully utilizes its inexpensive hardware and software resources and increases the control function.
2. The main circuit and the output are separated by a photocoupler, and the output is selected from a high-power output tube or a two-way thyristor to ensure the reliability of the work.

4. There is a digital display on the panel. The pulse controller can display the working sequence of the electromagnetic pulse valve in turn. The device is regularly cleaned. At the same time, the input contact of the differential pressure controller is provided. After the differential pressure control device and the differential pressure control transmitter are connected, the differential pressure can be cleaned.

SXC-X8A1 pulse controller instructions:
1. After the pulse controller is connected to the power supply, the digital tube display starts from "1". It is set at the factory timing. (See the third point for the differential pressure operation method)
2. Pulse controller pulse width, pulse interval, cycle interval, loop setting, turn the “Run/Adjust” switch to “Adjust” position:
a) At this time, the 'pulse width' parameter is displayed. Press the ‘plus’ or ‘minus’ button to set the desired number (factory setting is 0.08 seconds);
b) Press the “Time Adjustment” button, the “Interval” parameter (pulse interval) is displayed at this time, press the “Plus” or “Subtract” button to set the desired number (factory setting is 10 seconds);
c) Press the “time adjustment” button, the “cycle” parameter (cycle interval) is displayed at this time, press the “plus” or “subtract” button to set the required number (factory setting is 0);
d) Press the “Time Adjustment” button. At this time, the “loop” parameter (the number of solenoid valves) is displayed. Press the “Plus” or “Decrease” button to set the desired number (the factory setting is determined according to the specific model).
Note: If the pulse controller is not blown after one cycle, check if the “cycle” parameter is set to “0”.
Pulse controller definition of pulse period: time interval after all pulse valves are cycled to the next cycle
After setting the time parameters, turn the “Run/Adjust” switch to the “Run” position, and the controller will run according to the set time parameters.
3. Differential pressure operation mode selection: When the differential pressure has a signal (differential pressure contact is turned on), a single cleaning procedure is started, and the entire precipitator pulse valve is stopped after being sprayed once, waiting for a differential pressure signal, and then restarting Start again; the differential pressure wiring is detailed in the “Wiring Instructions” section on the following page.
