Working theory and application

The bag dust collectors that support our products are external pulse structure. The dust gas enters the middle case from the bottom and goes through the filtration bag, during which process, the dust grains are blocked outside the bag. The purified gas flows into the upper case from the bag and then is discharged to the de-dusting pipe and finally to the atmosphere. If the pressure of the dust stratification outside the bag increases to the pre-set filtration resistance, the electromagnetic pulse valve will start the dust blowing function according to the program set on electrical control device to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
According to different working conditions of the dust gas, proper filtration media and wind speed must be carefully chosen to make sure that the bag type collector can be widely utilized in the purification of dust gas and recycling of dusty material in various fields such as chemicals, building materials, metallurgy, mechanics, food processing, petroleum, pharmacy, garbage incineration, thermal power generation, industrial kiln, etc...

XC-GDM pulse bag type collector for blast furnace gas

The successful development of a new filtration media with superb heat resistance and the application of pulse bag type collector to blast furnace gas ensures the exhaust concentration of blast furnace gas <5mg/m3N, achieving the best dedusting effect.

XC-YDM low-pressure pulse bag type collector

The dust collector, a kind of medium-sized and small de-dusting device, features compact structure, reliable operation and convenient installation and maintenance. The dust gas enters the dust collector from the bottom and flows through diffluence device, where the dust grains are separated into the dust holder. Then the gas flows into the upper filtration bag equably to separate the grains contained in the gas. The purified gas is discharged from the upper of the dust collector.
This dust collector is equipped with a de-dusting device of low consumption, which can clean all kinds of felt filtration bags of 2m, 2.5m and 3m with low pressure and short pulse blowing, achieving efficient and satisfactory effect, is ideal equipment for dust cleaning in all industries.

XC-CDM long-bag online low pulse bag type collector

This large-sized pulse bag type collector is successfully developed with advanced technologies introduced from both home and abroad. The unit-combined structure enables the end-to-end and side-to-side coupling operation. This type features high-efficiency and low-consumption blowing device and can realize low-pressure, short-pulse de-dusting with long filtration bag. The collector has pre-separation guiding structure, which enables the dust gas to enter from the bottom, the rough grains be separated into the dust holder, and the gas to flow into the bag for sequential blowing, thus improving the cleaning effect.
It is large-sized de-dusting equipment with high efficiency, reliable operation, compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance.

XC-LDM off-line low pulse bag type collector

This is a large-sized offline pulse dedusting bag type dust collector in reference to long bag low pressure online pulse dedusting and gas cartridge offline pulse dedusting technologies.
