SXC-8A1 online pulse controller
Working principle:
When a duster works, it filters while deashing by blowing. The pulse controller outputs electric signals to control the pulse valve for deashing by blowing one by one in line with the set pulse width and interval.

Working principle:
A duster is divided into several units, each of which removes dust one by one separately. It requires that when a deashing unit stops filtering,the pulse controller should output an electric signal to close the poppet valve of the unit cylinder and then the pulse valve in the unit will remove dust one by one by blowing.

SXC-P electric control cabinet

The computer control cabinet for SXC-P pulse bag duster produced by our factory is a product of new generation for special use in the comprehensive control of dusting system with programmable logic controller (PLC)of Japanese make (MITSUBISHI). It features good reliability and lower failure rate. It can control the deashing process of a duster and is started by the major blower and ancillary device in the system. Various functions can be expanded as required.

SXC-3 temperature control-type computer controller
Working principle:
SXC-3 computer pulse controller features great anti-interference, durability and intelligence. The product is mainly used in the furnace,especially in the vertical cement kiln as an automatic controller in the pulse bag duster system. Its complete unit is made of internationally famous brand chips fully, thereby ensuring the great reliability of the complete unit.
SXC-3 computer pulse controller adopts duplex dual insurance monitoring dusting system inlet temperature to ensure automation regulation of duster inlet smoke temperature. Switch power is used:Power-line voltage is allowed to operate at a great fluctuation of AC100-240V. With multi-electrode power purification and digital filter software, the complete unit has great anti-interference. Intelligence is achieved by application of single chip processor technique and great support of software resources.
