Summarize of Filter mediuma :
The filtering media are of three structures: bi-dimensional filtering medium, three-dimensional filtering medium and film filtering medium.
Bi-dimensional filtering medium:cloth woven by the loom using warp and weft of grade crossing with big porosity of fabrics and high dust permeability. The primary dust layer formed on the windward side of the filtering medium is retained in the dust filtering. It plays a major role in filtering, such as“729”, “208” and glass fiber. The glass fiber treated by silicon oil, graphite or Teflon will have higher wearability and resistance to acid and alkali.
Three-dimensional filtering medium:a dense fiber layer of special crossing is formed after loosely-arranged fiber is pierced into the woven cloth. The filtering medium is working under load and dust is retained in the filtering medium, forming a dust-retaining gradient in equilibrium and dust and filtering medium are crossed into an entirety to serve as a filter jointly. The dust layer retained on the surface of the filtering medium must be removed completely in deashing. The surface of the filtering medium that underwent singeing, calendaring, coating and impregnation will be waterproof and oil-proof and can improve and increase the filtering efficiency and deashing effect.
Film filtering medium:The raw material of Teflon is expanded into a three-dimensional reticulation and the micro-porous film with smooth and steady surface is covered on the base materials of bi-dimensional and three-dimensional filtering media and form a micro-porous film.
Cladding filtering medium When the filtering medium is working under load, all the dust is retained on the external surface of the film and removed completely in deashing. The cladding film serves as a major filter. The filtering medium, after going through the cladding film, features small aperture, high permeability, lower resistance, great filtering precision and comprehensive chemical stability and is used extensively.

| Filter bag |
Summarize of filter bag:
Exquisite sewing technique and quality filter medium are the key to the filtering bag!Our company makes various filtering bags for home-made and imported bag dusters by special imported sewing machines with an annual production of two millions. A filter bag is the key part to the dusting efficiency of a bag duster and the cost for changing a filter bag constitutes the major maintenance cost of bag dusters. Therefore the service life of a filter bag relates to the operation and cost of a duster!
Our Company imported from Japan the three-needle and six-thread sewing machine unit that produces duster bags specially and can process bags of different shapes to the user’s requirements including round, trapezoidal, flat and profiled filter bags.
