Introduction to organic silicon for surface treatment：
Surface treatment of a frame：roughly divided into three, namely, surface phosphorization, surface zinc-galvanization and surface electrostatic spraying by organic silicon powder.
In the past for power plant and garbage incineration plant where operating condition is poor, the frame used is usually made of stainless steel 316L，which is unacceptable by the users because of high cost. In the last two years, we use carbon steel as the raw material and the surface is sprayed statically by the purely imported organic silicon powder. This frame has a cost far lower than that of stainless steel frame in addition to good resistance to corrosion and high temperature and now is used extensively and well spoken of by users unanimously.

Inspection：
We have established a perfect quality inspection flow including inspection of purchased raw materials, self-inspection on the production line, patrol inspection by inspectors, selective inspection by workshop and site administrators and inspection on warehousing-in of finished products. In each link a pass is set up to ensure quality.
